AWARDS & RECOGNITION
ATTENTION: ZETAS & AMICAE
Sorors and Amicae who have or will celebrate Zeta or Amicae milestones in increments of five (5) years will be recognized at the 51st Pacific Regional Leadership Conference.
To qualify, Sorors and Amicae must meet the following criteria:

She must be financial on all levels of the sorority or auxiliary for three (3) consecutive years, including the current sorority year (2024-2025).

She must be a member of the Pacific Region since June 1, 2023.

She must meet a membership milestone between July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2025.​
IMPORTANT NOTE: This form is to be completed by the individual Zeta or Zeta Amicae member seeking recognition for their years of service as a member/auxiliary member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated by the stated deadline date - NO EXCEPTIONS.

ATTENTION: ZETA LEGACIES
If you are a Zeta Legacy and would like to apply for the Epsilon Cohort of the Pacific Regional Legacy Club, please apply by submitting the required form.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a $60 registration fee due at the time of registering for the conference. Please remember to add the Legacy Club fee to your cart when registering for the 51st PRLC.

ATTENTION: ALL CHAPTER PRESIDENTS
Please submit the names of those who have finished their earthly race between the years 2023-2025. Submissions should include name, chapter/affiliation, state, homegoing date, and photo if available.
