REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be submitted by 11:59 PM PST on Monday, May 12, 2025. No exceptions will be made for requests received after this deadline.
Refunds will be processed 3-4 weeks after the conclusion of the conference and will be subject to the following deductions:

A $150 processing and administrative fee
-
The non-refundable RegFox processing fee
Additional Terms:

Registration fees are non-transferable.

Optional guest tickets and add-ons are non-refundable.

Pacific Region Sorors must be in good financial standing and affiliated with a financial chapter in the Zeta Management Services (ZMS) system by May 25, 2025, to participate as a financial and voting member.
-
Sorors with a “pending” status in ZMS as of May 25, 2025, or those affiliated with an unfinancial chapter, will have their registration status converted to “guest” and will not be eligible to vote.
