Z-HOPE HOURS SUBMISSIONS
Graduate and undergraduate Zeta chapters, as well as Zeta Amicae and Zeta Youth auxiliary groups, are encouraged to submit their 2023–2025 Z-HOPE hours following the instructions provided below.​
In alignment with our commitment to service and impact, the Pacific Regional Z-HOPE Team is calling on all Zeta chapters, Zeta Amicae, and Zeta Youth auxiliary groups to report their Z-HOPE hours for the 2023–2025 reporting period.
This collective effort helps us measure the difference we are making in our communities and strengthens our legacy of service.

Chapter and auxiliary presidents are encouraged to lead this charge by submitting their group’s hours. However, designated representatives may also submit on their behalf.
INSTRUCTIONS ON DOWNLOADING AND COMPLETING THE Z-HOPE SPREADSHEET

Click on the "GO TO FORM" button below.

When the spreadsheet opens in a new window, download it to your desktop/preferred location.

Name your spreadsheet with your state and full chapter name (ex., CA_XiZetaZeta).

Fill in all of the required fields in the spreadsheet with your chapter's Z-HOPE initiatives and hours.

Once completed, email your spreadsheet to the Pacific Regional Z-HOPE Team at, pacregzhopecocoord@gmail.com.
Please ensure all required fields in the spreadsheet are completed accurately. Submissions that are missing information may be disqualified. Click the button below to begin your submission and continue advancing the mission of Z-HOPE. The deadline to submit hours is May 30th at 11:59:59 pm. 2025 REGIONAL SERVICE PROJECT
​Chapters, auxiliary groups, and individuals are invited to actively participate in and contribute to this year's Pacific Regional Z-HOPE service project. Details on how to get involved and make a donation can be found below.

Partnering with
PERIOD. The Menstrual Movement.

We are proud to announce our partnership with the Portland chapter of "PERIOD. The Menstrual Movement," as part of this year’s PRLC Z-HOPE initiative. This impactful collaboration focuses on supporting individuals in need by providing access to essential menstrual hygiene products in Portland, Oregon.
We invite you to join us for our Packing Party on Thursday, June 19th at 9:00 am, where we’ll assemble care packages filled with donated sanitary items to be distributed to local agencies. Your hands and hearts will help us reach our goal of preparing 500+ care packages for our communities.
If you're unable to attend in person, we encourage you to support the effort through a monetary donation, which will be directed to the host chapter to purchase necessary supplies. Every contribution brings us closer to making a real, tangible impact.
