WAIVERS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
General Waiver and Release of Liability
All registered and non-registered conference attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to their participation in the 51st Pacific Regional Leadership Conference, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss. All participants release, waive, and discharge Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Pacific Region, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event.
All participants must agree to comply with all event policies, rules, and regulations and understand that failure to do so may result in their removal from the conference without a refund.

All participants must sign an individual General Waiver and Release of Liability once their registration is completed.
Photo and Media
Release
All registered and nonregistered participants of the 51st Pacific Regional Leadership Conference grant Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Pacific Region the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of them taken during the conference for promotional, educational, and other business-related purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, marketing materials, and future event promotions.

All participants understand that they will not receive any compensation for the use of their likeness and that Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Pacific Region retains full ownership of all media content. All participants waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product wherein their likeness appears.

All participants must sign an individual Photo and Media Release once their registration is completed.
